2. Eligibility

3. Services Offered

Sketchify provides tools for augmented reality sketching, digital canvas drawing, structured lessons, contests, and interactive learning paths. Features may vary depending on your subscription level.

4. Subscriptions

Sketchify offers both free and premium subscription tiers:

  • Free Tier: Limited access to tools, lessons, and learning path.
  • Premium Subscription: Offers full access to all features, including unlimited gallery storage and advanced tools. Subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled through your app store account settings.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account information.
  • Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your artwork but grant Sketchify a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote your work within the app.
  • Prohibited Content: Do not upload or create any content that is illegal, offensive, or violates intellectual property rights.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through your app store settings. Refunds are subject to the policies of the app store from which you downloaded Sketchify.

7. Modifications to the App

Sketchify reserves the right to update or modify features and functionalities without prior notice.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Sketchify is provided "as-is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that the app will be free from errors.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, and for users residing in the European Union, the laws of Ireland under the GDPR framework.
